I've been to this site several times, and I am always amazed at the impact your photos still have on me. Tonight, while sitting here in this bed of mine, I have finally decided to "post" a memory or two of you. I remember when you would come home on leave... you would thunder towards us with those beautiful arms opened wide for us to jump in to... that smile that I am sure everyone on the Spear can recall as equally as I and the rest of the world can.... and then you would leave again, off to serve our country, and we would cry... missing you so as you left, leaving a tiny hole in our hearts that we knew you would fill up again, when you came back home. This time, your leaving left a bigger hole in my heart.... and I am waiting to see you again so you can fill it back up again. I love you Andrea.... and there is not a day that goes by, that I am not constantly still looking... for signs of you.

She was a great young lady that always talked about her parents. Especially her father and how proud she was of him. She was fun loving and really enjoyed life. I was a storekeeper that worked with her loading and unloading supplies. We also, stood several watches togather. It was a pleasure knowing her.
